Beginning in 2011, at the age of 48-49, I started a healing journey to overcome my abusive childhood. At first, I journaled. Then, I recorded videos that I shared on social media. It is now 2024, and I am approaching my 62nd birthday. And while I still have things come up from time to time about my unconscious years and the inner wounds I carried, I am ready to put them aside. Claiming my healing in those areas... So here are the original journaling and postings.
